Sport Coaching Minor

General Information
A minor in Sport Coaching requires the following:
- A minimum of 18 credit hours of course work. At least 12 of those hours must be upper division (courses numbered 3000 or higher).
- Grades of “C-” or better are required on all courses for the minor.

Core Courses (6 credit hours)
Complete the following two required courses:
Sport Coaching Electives (12-13 credit hours)
Complete 4 courses from the list below.
Note: SPTM 2350 is highly recommended for students in non-science majors who will not otherwise take courses in exercise science, nutrition, or health sciences.
