PADM 5110 - Strategic Nonprofit Management

This course provides students with an overview of the principles and concepts that are unique to nonprofit management. Topics include funding diversity, human resource management, program planning and evaluation, marketing, volunteer management, and ethics. Students are also introduced to the history and the importance of the nonprofit sector. Prer., Graduate and graduate nondegree students only.
