MAE 2055 - Mech-Etronics I

An introductory course in analog and digital electronic circuits. Ohm’s law and Kirchoff’s laws are applied to the analysis of resistive circuits. Theory of operation and use of common test equipment are discussed and practiced. The concept of impedance is presented and applied to the analysis of reactive circuits. The analysis and design of digital logic circuits are introduced. Prer., MATH 1360; coreq., PES 1120.
