ACCT 6100 - Accounting for Decision Making3 Credits (Minimum) 3 Credits (Maximum)
This case-based course focuses on the use of accounting information for executive decision-making. Emphasis is on identifying, evaluating and using accounting information to make long-term strategic decisions and short-term operating decisions. The role of regulatory requirements, International Accounting Standards and ethical considerations in the decision-making processes are examined. Prer., Graduate students only and ACCT 5500.
