Sustainable Development

Sustainable Development is an interdisciplinary minor involving courses in sustainability and environmental studies from eleven departments. Experiential, project-based and service learning will be encouraged. Expected outcomes from this initiative include the following: increased contributions to UCCS and local organizations on environmental issues and projects that seek to increase fair and equitable working and living conditions for all, and, most importantly, more responsible, active global citizens.
