ANTH 317 - Field Practicum in Prehistoric Archaeology

A practicum course wherein students will work as part of a professional prehistoric archaeological project in a setting that is also conducive to learning. While working on a prehistoric site, they will gain experience in basic archaeological field techniques such as mapping, excavating, recording, and artifact storage.Prerequisites: ANTH 220.
